Curtis Sagmoen will not serve any more time behind bars for an assault causing bodily harm conviction. The charge stemmed from a 2017 incident where he struck down a woman with an ATV he was operating. With credit for time served, the North Okanagan man was free to go Friday but will be on probation for three years.
