Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said Tuesday that “Canada is open” to the idea that a Canadian city could be a hub for when the NHL returns to play later this summer. He said the NHL as well as the city and province would need to make the decision and the local health authorities would also need to give the go ahead. Toronto, Edmonton and Vancouver were shortlisted by the NHL as possible locations.
