Mayor Don Iveson reiterated we’re not in the clear when it comes to the risk of COVID-19 and people must continue to follow social distancing as we move into Phase 2 of the reopening. He also addressed the serious financial challenges the city faces and again said more help is needed from higher levels of government, especially if services are to be restored.
