Quebec Culture and Communication Minister Nathalie Roy on Friday, along with the Deputy Premier Geneviève Guilbault, announced that the province’s public health authority has “given the green light” for the reopening of museums, library loan services and “cineparks” (drive-in movie theatres) for May 29.
