Winnipeg Police Const. Rob Carver provided an update on Friday about a homicide that occurred Thursday. Police said a 23-year-old was found with gunshot wounds and was transported to hospital in critical condition where he was pronounced deceased. He said the shooting does not appear to be random in nature.
