Labour minister promises more inspections as B.C. businesses re-open

B.C.’s labour minister says WorkSafe BC will conduct more business inspections as the province begins to re-open. But as Ted Chernecki reports, the scale of the job means a lot of safety regulations will probably be on the ‘honour system.’
