Alberta to further screen international travellers arriving in the province

Alberta Premier Jason Kenney announced international travellers must pass a provincial checkpoint, undergo a temperature check, and provide an isolation plan. Those who can’t meet the requirements will be quarantined on site or put up in a hotel. He also said airport cleaning is being ramped up. Kenney said similar screening measures will be introduced at the Coutts land border crossing within weeks.
