B.C. seniors advocate on COVID-19 financial top-up

The federal government is giving seniors a one-time payment of up to $500 to help offset added expenses brought on by COVID-19. We ask B.C. Seniors Advocate Isobel Mackenzie on whether it’s enough and what more should be done to help seniors during this time.
