Nova Scotia Premier Stephen McNeil announced on Wednesday that there were two new deaths from COVID-19, both residents at the Northwood long-term care home, bringing the total across the province to 12 deaths. Chief medical officer of health Dr. Robert Strang told reporters there were also 35 new cases of the novel coronavirus, bringing the total number in the province to 772.
