Quebec’s Premier François Legault reported 962 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the total number of cases in the province to 19,319 confirmed cases as of Monday.
He also announced 67 new hospitalizations, for a total of 1,169 and 15 new ICU cases for a total of 198.
