Seventeen people, including one member of the RCMP and the primary suspect, are dead after a shooting rampage across rural Nova Scotia. Speaking to reporters in Ottawa on Monday morning, NDP leader Jagmeet Singh paid tribute to those who lost their lives, and remarked on the sad fact that due to COVID-19, the community will not be able to come together to mourn.
