New York Gov. Cuomo stated on Wednesday that all residents of the state are required to wear a mask or mouth and nose covering in “situations where you are not maintaining ‘social distancing’” amid the COVID-19 pandemic. He said that masks should be worn on transit or busy streets, and that there would be a three-day notice to allow compliance.
