People who work with the most vulnerable confused over self-isolation enforcement

Those suspected to have come into contact with COVID-19 have been advised to stay home and self-isolate, but the N.S. government and General Employees Union says some who work with the most vulnerable have been told something different. Jeremy Keefe reports.
