Quebec Deputy Premier Geneviève Guilbault announced on Saturday that the province has reported 14 new COVID-19-related deaths, bringing the total to 75. As of April 4, there were a total of 6,997 confirmed cases of the illness, with 478 people hospitalized, including 130 in intensive care.
