Coronavirus outbreak: Manitoba closing all non-critical businesses Wednesday

The Manitoba government will close down all businesses except essential services, starting on Wednesday, at least until April 14. Dr. Brent Roussin, chief provincial health officer, made the announcement at the start of the province’s COVID-19 update briefing.
