The global financial market continued to plunge on Thursday, after U.S. President Donald Trump announced the previous Wednesday that he was banning all travel from Europe, excepting the UK, for 30 days amid the COVID-19 outbreak. The travel ban also heavily impacted airline stocks, which were already coping with weakening demand.
