Speaking at a COVID-19 update press conference on Friday, the World Health Organization (WHO) Director General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said more than 2000 cases were reported yesterday from 47 countries and territories around the world. He added that WHO continues to recommend all countries make containment their highest priority as there are now more than 3000 confirmed deaths of the virus globally.
