François Sénécal is facing a first-degree murder charge, in connection with the death of 13-year-old Océane Boyer. The teen’s body was found in a ditch on the side of a road in Brownsburg-Chatham on Wednesday. Global’s Dan Spector was at the Saint-Jérôme courthouse.
