Subway carriages and buses in Tehran, Iran were sprayed with disinfectant as the country battled an outbreak of the novel coronavirus, known as COVID-19. There were 141 confirmed cases of people infected with the virus in Iran as of Feb. 27, according to the World Health Organization.
