Speaking to reporters Wednesday morning, U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi criticized Trump for not acting early enough to seriously address the COVID-19 virus.
She said the Senate has a plan which would address the need of professionals to be in place and not using scare tactics for people coming back to the country.
