Foreign Minister Francois-Philippe Champagne said on Friday that 12 Canadians who tested positive on the Diamond Princess cruise anchored off Japan were currently receiving care at health facilities. He also said disembarkation from the MS Westerdam ship docked in Cambodia was underway and consular officials are present to ensure Canadians on board are able to make their way back to Canada.
