2.8 million Ontarians live in places where cannabis retail is illegal

It’s been 15 months since cannabis legalization and still in Ontario, almost a fifth of the population live in places where selling pot is illegal. As the province seeks to expand its marijuana market, some experts worry these areas will become obstacles. Jamie Mauracher explains.
