Montreal cyclists and amateurs braved the winter cold on Saturday to attend the fourth annual Course de Vélo sur Glace at Parc Maisonneuve. The activity-filled event opened the door to important conversations on winter cycling and how do to it safely in the city’s streets and parks. Kwabena Oduro has the story.
