A storm drain broke Wednesday night causing part of the street to collapse. Crews had to close Parc Avenue northbound on Sherbrooke Street and southbound traffic was reduced to one lane. In order to repair the giant hole, crews had to dig about eight feet to pull up the broken concrete pipe and other debris. Global’s Tim Sargeant has more.
