Ontario Premier Doug Ford announced Thursday that the province has created a scholarship fund dedicated to the memory of the 57 Canadians who died in the fatal Jan. 8 plane crash in Tehran, Iran. Ford said there will be 57 individual scholarships established, of $10,000 each.
