Strike action to begin escalating Monday for Ontario elementary teachers

The union representing Ontario’s elementary school teachers are cranking up the pressure on the province. The Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario says the province hasn’t made any efforts to make progress in its talks, so it will begin escalating strike action on Monday. Matthew Bingley reports.
