Winnipeg police say man confessed to killing family member in homicide

Winnipeg police said on Sunday that a man had entered their headquarters Saturday and told officers he had killed a family member. According to police, a 54-year-old was found dead after a 911 call reported finding the man injured. A 31-year-old man has been charged with second-degree murder in the death of the older man.
