The captain for Team Russia at the World Juniors, Grigori Denisenko, was seen skating towards centre ice after their anthem was played following their 6-0 defeat of Team Canada, after Canada’s captain Barrett Hayton didn’t remove his helmet. Denisenko and other players then didn’t shake hands with Hayton at the handshake line, with Denisenko pointing to his head in reference to the earlier action.
