Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said Wednesday he’s assured U.S. President Donald Trump and Mexican President Andres Obrador they’ll proceed with ratification of CUSMA “as quickly as we can,” but said it would be up to the House Leader whether to bring it for a vote before 2020.
