Government consultation shows parents overwhelmingly reject class size increase, sources say

Parents who took part in the Ontario government’s education consultations overwhelmingly rejected an increase in class sizes, sources say. The issue of class sizes is a sticking point in ongoing negotiations between the province’s teachers, with secondary school teachers set to hold a one-day strike on Wednesday.
