A man was non-fatally shot in the leg at Destiny USA Mall in Syracuse, NY, on Nov. 29, which is also the busy shopping day known as Black Friday. Syracuse Police Chief Kenton Buckner says the injuries to the victim is non-life threatening. There are no suspects in custody.
