One person is dead following a collision on Hwy. 35 in the City of Kawartha Lakes on Friday morning.
OPP say around 6:20 a.m. officers responded to a collision involving a southbound pickup truck and a northbound tractor trailer in the Janetville area. Police say the driver of the pickup was pronounced deceased; the driver of the tractor trailer was not injured.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
