Two of Pointe-Claire’s iconic windmill’s wooden paddles were broken by high winds last Friday during the storm. The 310 year-old windmill has heritage protection, but it doesn’t belong to the City of Pointe-Claire. Global’s Brayden Jagger Haines explains.
