On Thursday, Montreal Mayor Valerie Plante was criticized over her decision to postpone Halloween due to weather. Now with weather conditions not looking favourable for a Friday night Halloween haunt, the Mayor is once again coming under fire for postponing the holiday. Global’s Amanda Jelowicki has more.
