Accessibility questions raised over demolition of parkade on Halifax Infirmary site

The province has approve a $29.5-million project to demolish the Robie Street parkade on the Halifax Infirmary site and build a new one on Summer Street. But as Alexa MacLean reports, one accessibility advocate says the move will create a slew of challenges for people with mobility issues.
