A major redevelopment plan is in the works for Montreal’s south shore. Six municipalities are planning to re-landscape the waterfront along the St. Lawrence River, making the area much more accessible for visitors. As Global’s Tim Sargeant explains, all that’s left to green-light this project is securing the funding and approval from the federal government.
