Hamilton Police Det. Sgt. Steve Bereziuk said on Oct. 8 that the Monday stabbing and subsequent death of 14-year-old Devan Selvey outside of Sir Winston Churchill Secondary School has resulted in two teens being charged with first degree murder. The alleged perpetrators are a 14-year-old male and an 18-year-old male, whose names cannot be released due to a publication ban.
