Montreal law firm seeks permission to launch legal action against video game creator

Legal firm Calex Legal inc. the families of two children aged 10 and 15, who they say are addicted to the game Fortnight. The lawsuit contends the creators, Epic Games, designed Fortnite to be addictive. As Global’s is representing Amanda Jelowicki explains, gaming addiction is recognized as an illness by the World Health Organization.
