British Prime Minister Boris Johnson is planning to suspend British Parliament to force through a rapid exit from the European Union by the October 31st deadline. Johnson sought Queen Elizabeth’s permission to do that, and many believe he did it to stifle the debate over Brexit. Redmond Shannon reports.
