A 40-year-old man is charged with second-degree murder in the death of his father in Oakville. Police say they were called to an apartment building at 8 p.m. Sunday about two men having an altercation. When they arrived, they found a 74-year-old man suffering what they called “obvious trauma”. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
