It’s a retail store unlike any other in Kelowna. Today marks a milestone with the opening of the city’s first legal cannabis store. Many say it’s long overdue as marijuana has been legal in this country since last October. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, the new outlet is expected to attract both regular cannabis consumers and those who haven’t used for decades.
