Kayaker missing for four days

Search and rescue crews in Penticton have been called out to look for a kayaker who has been missing for four days now. RCMP took to the air and water on Tuesday to look for Colin Palmer, 41, but spotted no sign of him, so they reached out Penticton Search and Rescue for help.
