Anyone in the Okanagan trying to sell a home has likely noticed it’s taking a little longer these days. The real estate market has cooled off from this time last year with fewer sales and longer listings. But despite the drop in sales, prices haven’t really followed suit. Klaudia Van Emmerik reports.
