Quebec provincial police find missing man’s body in Vaudreuil-Dorion lake

The Sûreté du Québec is investigating after a 19-year-old man drowned in Lac Carriere in Vaudreuil-Dorion. This latest incident brings the total number of drownings in Quebec to 31. As Global’s Phil Carpenter explains, that is higher than one year ago.
