ATV operators in Cavan Monaghan Township are asking council to consider a bylaw to allow them to operate on township roads.
In particular, they want to drive on 4th Line also known as the Zion Line in Millbrook.
That’s also where 4th Line Theatre is located.
And as Steve Guthrie tells us, theatre officials are standing up against it.
