Tragedy was averted on Okanagan Lake when a float plane crash landed in the water in West Kelowna. The two people on board managed to escape without serious injuries. A nearby resident, who also happens to be a float plane pilot himself, jumped into action to help with the rescue. Klaudia Van Emmerik reports.
