This weekend, crews will be closing the intersection at 14 Street and 17 Avenue in Calgary’s southwest. It’s all part of a reconstruction project to finish up underground utility work. As Lisa MacGregor reports, it’s leading to more construction concerns for businesses on 17 Avenue.
