Along with 2015 and 2016, this year we’re seeing some of the lowest snowpacks in B.C. in four decades. That means the potential for drought conditions is growing in parts of the province including the Okanagan. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, area residents are being warned to use water wisely to avoid potential shortages.
