Crown says Kelowna man intended to kill victim

It was another day on the stand for a Kelowna man charged with murder. Steven Pirko is alleged to have killed Chris Ausman more than five years ago. In today’s testimony, the crown tried to point out inconsistencies in Pirko’s earlier testimony, trying to portray him as a liar. And as Kelly Hayes reports, the crown maintains that Pirko’s real intent during that drunken brawl was to kill.
