A Kelowna man accused of killing another man in a street fight back in 2014 has taken the stand at his 2nd degree murder trial. Steven Pirko testified today that he never intended to kill 32-year-old Chris Ausman,…that he was merely helping his friend, who was fighting with the victim and calling out for help.
